01

Show the reasons

Opportunity Hub presents explainable service, visit, recency, vehicle, customer, and workflow signals. Staff can open overflow details rather than accepting an unexplained score.

02

Separate score, heat, and value

Priority score, heat label, and estimated value context answer different questions. None is a guaranteed result or substitute for reviewing the underlying records.

03

Use AI as preparation

AI may organize minimized context into a call-guide draft and suggested phrases. It does not receive provider tools, contact authority, or final business-decision authority.

04

Record the actual outcome

Won, lost, and to-do states capture what staff decided after the conversation. The recorded outcome, not the model suggestion, drives the next workflow step.
