Learn why message drafts, previews, internal tests, eligibility, human approvals, provider acceptance, and final delivery evidence remain separate states.

01

A draft is not eligible

Message content can exist before VehicleDesk has established that a customer, shop, channel, workflow, and provider are allowed and ready for live contact.

02

Eligibility is deterministic

Consent, suppression, shop and channel flags, feature approval, provider readiness, and workflow-specific rules remain application controls outside AI output.

03

A test is not a customer send

Preview and internal test states verify content and rendering without representing a live customer delivery. Provider acceptance and final delivery evidence remain separate later states.

04

Blocked means visible

A blocked workflow should show the reason without exposing credentials or customer secrets. Staff should not be encouraged to work around a safety boundary.
